Jesus has asked me to post these notes, and now I admit that the only thing that is of value in this world is to say yes to Jesus when he makes a request, that this is indeed happiness and joy.  While I was typing the Jesus: A New Covenant ACIM text Jesus had me read the notes that Helen wrote that are captured in the urText version of A Course in Miracles. (I'll put a link to the version he told me to read below).

It is very helpful to read that dialog and see how he is talking to me and offering to help me in a manner very similar and as direct as with Helen, while emphasizing that this is available to everyone.  I could see that the dialog with Helen was so direct and this was the opportunity for me to ask him about each line in what he was pointing to in the urText, just as I was asking him to clarify each line in Jesus: A New Covenant ACIM (JANC ACIM). At first I was asking him what needed to be changed (did I hear this right, Jesus?, Does a period go here, Jesus?) and then I was asking him to explain the metaphysics directly. Most of the text was typed strait on--just sitting down and typing.  A few places in the JANC ACIM text came from Questions and Answer (Q & A) sessions when I asked him about the text or anything that was arising where I needed clarity. These discussions can be found in the discussion notes below.  Upsets, questions about prompts, etc. to make sure I was hearing what he was telling me.   It was for me to see that he will explain everything and always gives me Love's interpretation.

Typing notes in a Q and A format with Jesus is a very helpful way to foster hearing the Voice.  At first I was doubting, even while typing the text.  I can see how it took support from Mighty Companions to make the text more widely available and now to share these notes, which he has been encouraging me to do. When he first talked about "This is a new way given by me" I didn't understand it really, I even doubted I was hearing it.  It took trusting typing and sharing the text and typing these notes for him to start teaching me how he needed to be in control of all miracles, and this "new way" of looking and directly releasing desires with him is uncompromising speed for the celebration of what is.

So he has asked me to share these notes now and this feels like Love. They are for everyone to see that anyone can speak to him this directly about anything and get direct and specific answers.  And also when notes are written or joining sessions are recorded you can go back and listen again to be reminded of how clearly you really do hear the Voice for God speaking to you throughout the day!

Discussion notes with Jesus during the typing of Jesus: A New Covenant ACIM

Here is the link to urText I was guided to read - Jesus just said "use the yellow version", so that is what I followed to review.  When I read this text with Jesus I asked him what was on point (and what might have been added by Helen), and his response is "Not too much off point!".  There were a few misunderstandings, like God creating time. The Son of God miscreated the perception of time along with the expression of consciousness so it is missing the "son" part.

I didn't know Helen or Bill, or anything about writing of the original ACIM text. I just followed Jesus to what he was pointing me to as MOST helpful in the urText. And specifically it is helpful to see how clear he is about being in control of the atonement, how he needs to be in control of all miracles, how directly he spoke to Helen, how diligent and innocent she truly was about capturing what he said, and how clear it is from Jesus that Helen would NOT have supported the concept of sex only for procreation.  This is not something that someone with her background would come up with on her own.

He discussed statistics with Helen and Bill because he new that accuracy and precision was something that two researchers would understand. And with his guidance he is offering both precision and accuracy in pointing directly to what miracles are needed and when.  This is the essence of his teaching for saving time.

Although some teachers have written that it was purposeful to remove the section on sexuality I don't hear this at all from Jesus.  It was not in guidance to remove the sections on sexuality, as Jesus said, "this is something that a miracle worker must understand." And it is.

What ego wants to hear that sex is only for procreation? I had to talk to Jesus for a LONG time about this statement when I typed it as the first sentence in Chapter 9.  Sex only for procreation was never on my bucket list. Yet after conferring with MANY course students who have said they have felt this about sexuality too, and looking deeply with Jesus at EVERY line, I can see that it is purposeful to talk about sexuality and this is the fastest and most direct means given by him for seeing through the ego.  Yet anyone with a sincere interest in hearing the Voice can sit down with the text and go through it line by line with Jesus as well.  The answer to the question, "what need does Divine Light have for sex to recognize that it is unified?" seems to suffice for me.  None.

This brief clip from a recent Joining in Light Session is a treasure! Ana Maria asked Jesus to show her the steps to speak to him.  When she spoke at the session, she said that a lot was coming up and that she couldn't hear him, yet as soon as she asked in the session he spoke to her clearly.  Her surprise and our delight in hearing him speak through her is a great gift to us all and confirms that Jesus will speak to anyone who asks!!
