Beloved Mighties,
The first time I saw the movie, Now You See Me, I thought, what is the big deal? Didn't like the movie at all. Thankfully Jesus has shown me how wrong I was. Watching the biopic, Now You See Me I and II, is an action packed journey to see beyond the illusion and look directly at the grievance (denial of Infinite Light), the belief and thus desired experience of death of an earthly father as a symbol of the belief in death of the Heavenly Father. This is the same as a desired experience to deny what (deep down) we know to be true: that the Father can never die or abandon us. Infinite Light never dies.
Jesus tells us in A Course in Miracles that the Son of God believes he has been abandoned by the Father, and thus carries this grievance against himself to deny that the Father can never abandon him. Meaning, that it is impossible to experience separation from God and death unless we desire the experience to feel separate. This denial is hidden in a grievance that is held below the level of awareness.
These movies together demonstrate the power of collaboration (joining in holy purpose to see the Light of Truth) and following the Light within (Holy Spirit) so that the long held grievance–the illusion of separation–can be seen as untrue. Amen. When we see that we deny God a place in our heart and that God–the Light–never denies us, this is the fastest means to wake up to Divine Love. We see that all along we have been denying ourselves all the Love God has given us–the great illusion–and thus can quickly cease to deny ourselves perfect happiness and wake up to all the Love as granted by the Father. As long as there is one thought that God or an "other" is doing something to us, we are dead to the recognition of the Light within.
In this movie the Light is called the "All seeing Eye"– a reference to the "All seeing I" or the Holy Spirit–the Light within.
In the first movie the 4 horsemen–magicians–are brought together under mysterious circumstances and a higher calling. It seems that they are performing magic and illusions. The question is, What is it for? It seems to be that somehow by following they are getting closer to the light. In the meantime it appears that someone is the "guilty party." Who is guilty and who are the horsemen "stealing from" and giving money to? Who is stealing from whom? This is a "who done it"–who stole the money and who is wrong? Who is responsible for the illusion of a grievance?
The team works together at the direction of the mysterious All seeing Eye. There seem to be uncontrollable forces trying to "catch" the horsemen. At the end of the movie a "culprit is found" and put in prison. It seems that the team of magicians come together in the end to discover who the All seeing Eye is. In this discovery a character who seemed in opposition is now a mighty companion, and they all end up in the Light. Yet when we look closer we realize that this is merely a glimpse of the Light, as there is still a grievance below the level of awareness. Carefully notice what the lead character is saying about the manufacturer of the safe and the insurance company in the last scene of the movie. Is this a healed mind? There is still a grievance that must be healed.
If even one character is left in prison, all are in prison, and in the end, even this must be seen through new eyes... the desire to imprison our brother is the desire to experience imprisonment of the mind and deny Divinity. All magic of the world is denial of Divinity. This is the great illusion that must be seen through, that the Son of God can be separate from or abandoned by the Father.
The second movie opens with the grievance that has been hidden. A magician prepares to perform a magic trick where he is locked in a safe that is dropped in deep water. He tells his son to count the seconds to his escape, but when the time comes there is no seeming escape from the safe for the magician. The son holds this grievance of death of his father (desire to deny Divinity) by keeping guilt and this grievance remains hidden as the boy schemes to bring the perpetrators–those who seemed to "cause" the death of his father–to justice. Yet God does not know this form of justice. God–the Light–knows there is no victim and no victimizer, no perpetrator and no death.
When the horsemen come together again in this movie to perform magic together once again, this is for the seeming purpose to trick the "enemy" through illusions. Yet they have fallen for the illusion and thus have fallen asleep in the illusion. There is no waking up without admitting that a choice is made to deny Divine Light. Working together they open to Love–the love and appreciation for each other that represents the Love of the Father–as the Father sees all in the same Light.
At the end of part 2, as all horsemen come together to finally see the Light - the Eye of the Eye, one of the lead characters asks the other, "Why didn't you tell me?" The answer, "Because you were not ready." He could not recognize the Light in his brother because he used the grievance to deny the Light in himself. He admits that 30 years IS a long time to hold on to a grievance that can be forgiven instantly.
Readiness to hear the truth is essential in God's plan. All the seeming twists and turns trying to "escape" from illusion of these movies demonstrate that despite all appearances all things work together for the good. Each role played is essential to God's plan. Willingness to be wrong about everyone and everything of this world. And in that willingness is perfect happiness. So the "who done it" is always pointing back to who we are, when seen in the Light of Truth. What the ego would call "An Eye for an Eye," the Spirit calls an "I for an I, all that is." Amen.

In the Light of Divine Being we see that all brothers are One.
