Dear Beloveds,

So many prayers for God to reveal himself...  Jesus, if this is so mystical, show me what mystical experience is!!  Yet it can be seen that the very idea of what a mystical experience is can block the recognition that mystical experience is always here and always available.  In this short video I share a few thoughts from Jesus on mystical experience and it is helpful to see how simple it truly is, beyond the idea of what mystical experience - holy communion with all that is - "looks or feels like".

The Kingdom of Heaven is the dwelling place of the Son of God, who left not his Father and dwells not apart from Him. 5 Heaven is not a place nor a condition. 6 It is merely an awareness of perfect Oneness, and the knowledge that there is nothing else; nothing outside this Oneness, and nothing else within. [ACIM T-18.VI.1.4]

Dear Beloveds,

Sometimes it can feel hard to believe that seeing grievances are untrue is the path to peace and that every experience is a desired experience.

At moments I've felt that I'd rather scream than look at "another grievance" and it is very humbling to see that grievances are denying the experience of infinite love from myself.  This entire journey is so humbling, yet happily so.  To see that it is all "self inflicted" - a choice not to experience Infinite love that is always here is a profound realization and "choose again" for instantaneous happiness becomes more and more joyful with gratitude.  It's the key to the magic kingdom, the kingdom of heaven on earth.  Seeing that all the power is here and always has been here to be only Love, for that is what we are.

2 That is why you must teach only one lesson. If you are to be conflict-free yourself, you must learn only from the Holy Spirit and teach only by Him. You are only love, but when you deny this, you make what you are something you must learn to remember. I said before that the message of the crucifixion was, "Teach only love, for that is what you are."  [ACIM T-6.III.2]

To hold a grievance is like holding up a protest sign to God saying, "I do NOT want to be happy! I do not want to be part of you." The humor of it all is that we can only be part of the One- that is choice-less.  It doesn't feel funny sometimes on the journey, yet when it is seen, it is hilarious the simplicity that a "No" to divine nature can be said, but it can never be true.

It is beautiful that through following Spirit guidance and washing out the ideas of separation how magnificent and blessed everything seems. At times it may seem to be a lot of resistance arising from the idea of following the Holy Spirit- and that is the very purpose of the prompt, to see where resistance is to divine nature - the natural presence of divine being, inseparable from source.

It is a blessed shift in consciousness to see that true service is the recognition of divinity now.  This video is an exploration of thoughts around service - what does that mean, really?  What does true service look like?  It is being on fire for truth - the light inside burning everything- every idea/belief that is not natural to infinite unchanging Self.  Vast, infinite, love.

Grace has brought starting to extend through this blog again.  Such joy!

A deep miracle this week with an assignment for free hugs on the Malecon (Lake Front) in Chapala, Mexico.

I'm posting a video (which I've also added to Facebook along with some other pictures.)  So so good for looking at the doubt thoughts/excuses about extending/expressing love... like 'I don't speak the language.', 'They won't like it', 'They won't feel comfortable.' 'Will they want to hug?' Hmm.. I'm seeing the one who doesn't feel comfortable with the stretch assignment... little chunks of old/false identity washing out. (I've been editing text in UK writing style and now it is showing up here- a single quote mark rather than double for quotes!).  Yet it was go go go,  much love, so much joy.extend extend extend... by pass the doubt thoughts.  Than you, Jesus. So much love.  We will go to Ajijic next week... there could be a whole expression session just on this little assignment!
